The second type of the high speed door manufactured by COAD Auto Door is the K-2 Slim Model high speed door. The different between the K-2 Slim Model and the K-1 Standard Model is from the placement of the motor and the size of the door. The K-2 Slim Model size much slimmer and the motor is placed inside the high strength aluminium drum frame.

The K-2 Slim Model high speed door is very convenient and can be installed in limited and narrow spaces. Hallways in factories and industrial building can used this type of door. The specification of the function and materials used are the same as the K-1 Standard Model and other types of doors produced by COAD. High-strength and water resistance aluminium frame and wind-bar give strong-hold features to this product.

The sheet of the door is detachable and it is much easier to replace the wrecked sheet due to collision impact from vehicles and equipment. Cost is save in term of door maintenance. The brush rail guard of the door provide cleanliness features to prevent dust and insects entering in the inside part of the door. The material used for the sheet is high quality polyester with two layer sheets combined.
