The K-1 Standard Model COAD High Speed Automatic Door was installed at the seed processing centre, recently. The K-1 type is the most demanded type for many industries to be used inside their centre.
The seed processing centre chose this automatic door because of its characteristic and specification. Firstly, the door frames, drums, wind-bars and wind-bar locks are made up from high-strength aluminium to provide firm and durable structure to the door. The round-shaped frame are specifically designed for safety and easy clean purposes. It is also waterproof.
Secondly, the door sheets is strong and have an excellent adhesion characteristic. It is made up from double layered materials which is know as SOL Screen Coating. The sheets easily resist water and heat. It also can help to maintain the room temperature of the room area. The sheets are not easily tear apart and very strong. The sets of the door sheet are detachable, make it easy for damage door replacement and installation. The Sumitomo low noise motor was used to operate the door function (opening and closing).
Thirdly, the automatic door applying the use of sensors and remote control for easy operation and authorisation. Two sets of photo-sensor was installed for easy detection of any movement that pass through the door. The door will automatically roll-up to avoid collision with the object. Additional sensors such as infrared, falcon, loop sensor and ultrasonic sensor are provided for the use of the automatic door in high traffic area.
