COAD auto door systems are different from any other auto door in market nowadays in term of design and specification. COAD door frames and drum cover are made in round-shaped for appearance improvement and for safe use. High-strength aluminium is used for the frame and drum cover material.
The door sheet is made from double layered materials for strong adhesion against any impact and to avoid easy distortion. This is due to factory environment factory where heavy machinery, equipment and vehicles are commonly used in the factory area. There are possibility for these equipment, accidentally knocking on the door sheet.
Some of the types such as K1 Standard type and K2 Slim type are detachable. This characteristic help to minimize cost to replace the damage door sheet without changing the whole set. Besides that, it is easy for replace and reinstall process.
As for efficient, convenient and safe automation, all the doors are equipped with a pair of photo-sensors which are attached to the door frame. This allow the door to roll up upon detection of movement that triggers the sensors to avoid collision with objects that pass under the door. Other sensor types are also included such as loop sensor, infrared sensor and radar sensor.
